Whilst Ticket Zone try to ensure that pricing and ticketing information on our website are correct at all times, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or nature of the ticket you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/specification or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will of course provide you with a full refund.
If you order, or buy more tickets than the maximum permitted per person, as indicated during the booking process, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
Event tickets are sold to you on a non returnable and non transferable basis. Therefore once purchased tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Your tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only. The resale of tickets to a third party is strictly forbidden and to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking without prior notification. Please note that some acts/events will insist that we cancel customer tickets being offered for re-sale on the web and via other sources.
Ticket dispatch dates are often dependent on the event promoter or venue therefore we must advise you that the latest expected delivery date of your tickets will be 7 days before the event takes place. If you are making a booking within 14 days of the performance the latest expected delivery date will be 72 hours before the event. These are general guides therefore please check for any specific delivery information provided for your event on the first pages of the booking process. Please rest assured that every attempt will be made to deliver your tickets to you as soon as possible. If posting is impossible due to reasons beyond our control or you have reported your tickets lost in the post we may need to make tickets available for collection at the Box Office in which case we will provide prior notification by phone, email or in writing using the details provided by you. To collect tickets at the Box Office the cardholder must present the card used to book the tickets as identification. Other identification or letters authorising collection may not be accepted and the tickets may be withheld at the Box Office.
We only dispatch tickets to the cardholder's registered billing address. For general admission/standing events we are unable to dispatch tickets to customers whose registered billing address is outside of the UK. Any exception to this rule will be detailed in the individual event information provided on the first pages of the booking process.
It is your responsibility to check your purchase within 48 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake. We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. When attending the event carry proof of age if appropriate.
Specific seats may be allocated to you at the time of booking, but the Promoter or venue operator reserves the right to change these seats to others of an equal value.
Acceptance of the tickets signifies that you the customer accept that Ticket Zone have acted only as a sub-agent (not principal) for the event purchased and have fulfilled their contract with you in full in providing you with the event tickets. In accepting the role of Ticket Zone the customer further agrees that receipt of tickets signifies the customer's ownership of the tickets and that the contract for the event purchased now exists directly between the customer and the act, the event promoter/provider or the venue.
Events are not the responsibility of Ticket Zone and Ticket Zone has no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage of any kind suffered at or in connection with any event. Your purchase of tickets and admission to an event is also at all times subject to the terms, conditions and rules of the venue operator or Promoter. Venue/Event terms, conditions and rules are available via the Box Office, their website or online during the booking process.
Although Ticket Zone will act as the first point of contact should an event be cancelled or re-scheduled, you the customer accept that in such events you will not attempt to include Ticket Zone in any liability or for any recompense regardless of payment method used. If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, the Promoter will usually give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, or alternatively claiming a refund. If an event is cancelled by the Promoter you will normally be offered a refund. Please note that the Booking Fee and any Transaction/Postage charges are not refundable in these circumstances.
We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law. We will always respect your privacy and will comply with any data protection legislation (please refer to our full Privacy and Data Protection Policy).
